This will mark the end of a long, hard journey with many arguments and fall outs along the way. As the big day draws ever nearer your mind starts to wonder as you lay at night thinking, what if the band does not turn up, what’s the meal going to be like, will people turn up and will your partner turn up?

Eat at regular intervals don’t starve yourself this will only make your body ‘hold’ onto your food another tip is to eat smaller portions.

All these tips will help you lose weight and look great on your wedding day.
