Fatty Foods Boost Memory
Those very clever people over at the University of California have discovered evidence that highlights that fatty foods trigger advanced memory enhancement. The tests carried out on lab rats, showed that levels of oleoylethanolamide or OEA improved memory retention in two different tests.

When the rats were supplied with the OEA drug they manouvered through the maze easier and avoided previous unpleasant experiences (heavens know’s what they did to provide a lab rat with an unpleasant experience, the mind boggles) and when they blocked the OEA drug the rats performance declined dramaticaly. Seemingly, the scientists have concluded that OEA was an important survival mechanism for early humans.
Now you may also want to consider that previously scientists proclaimed that ‘fatty foods’ contribute to cancer before you start binging on fatty foods to help boost your memory.
