Chopsticks Help Lose Weight
A new report has been released indicating that using Chop Sticks can help you lose weight! Kimiko Barber, author of The Chopsticks Diet has indicated that a sure-fire way of losing weight is to use Chop sticks when you tuck into your meal.

The whole synergy surrounding Mr Barbers’s claims are the quicker you eat, the more you ‘wolf down’ your food, ignoring body responses that you may be full. Thus, using chop sticks will give the ’stomach to brain message’ time to register saying that ‘I have eaten my quota’, and stopping over-excessive eating.
Science shows us that the human brain takes 20 minutes to register when we are full. By using chopsticks we can slow down consumption and also allow the ‘full-up’ message to register with the brain.
Not only do chopsticks allow us to take smaller servings between food consumption than regular knife and fork eating habits but it is also allows for natural comminication between the stomach and the brain – so you eat less.
I’m in no way going to ridicule the chopstick idea because i have handled them in real life and judging by the time it took me to overcome their use, I wasn’t just full from my meal but the restaurant was about to close.
