Nintendo Wii have also got programs which will target problem areas such as your tummy, thighs and arms so there is no need to even leave your home to do a complete workout. Pretty soon you will be an expert at lawn tennis, bowling and skiing as well as being more healthy and looking great.

When you buy goods over the internet from a UK based company, you have the same rights as if you had bought them from a shop, but be careful as companies from Europe can buy .co.uk web sites, then it would be very difficult to get any money back. Just because the website looks great it does not mean it is legal.

If your purchase is over £100 it may be worth paying for it with your credit card as you may be protected by the Consumer Credit Act, this act protects your money. When paying money to the company look for the small padlock at the bottom of the screen (this means the site is secure) it would worth taking the companies telephone number, address and post code, this will come in handy if anything should go wrong.

Using your common sense when purchasing goods over the internet could save you time and money. Remember if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
