Fed up being told that you are putting on some weight, TV and radio commercials constantly spouting out about fat this and fat that, and that how in ten years time we and our kids are all going to be suffering from heart and liver disease.Well eventually it starts to sink in and we do think about our kids future, how can we help them and maybe even help ourselves to get a bit fitter and maybe even lose an extra pound or so.

One of the best ways to lose weight is to stay active and do a little exercise, as we all know actually getting off the chair and walking down the park may be a bit extreme so one of the best ways is to actually enjoy what you are doing and there is no better way than the use of a gaming console.

The gaming console is the Nintendo Wii, it is simply brilliant whether you are downhill skiing or playing tennis you will love it, challenge your family and friends to a game of bowling after 10 games of moving around you will soon feel the benefits of this exercise. Nintendo Wii have also got programs which will target problem areas such as your tummy, thighs and arms so there is no need to even leave your home to do a complete workout. Pretty soon you will be an expert at lawn tennis, bowling and skiing as well as being more healthy and looking great.

‘Guaranteed to lose weight’, ‘Buy our products they are the best’, ‘Want to lose weight’, or just too fat these are all slogans used by internet weight loss companies to get you to buy their products. It can all be very confusing when looking for the correct product to suit your needs. Buying over the internet can be very convenient and does save you a lot of time and money, but there are a lot of people out there that just want to take your hard earned cash.

When you buy goods over the internet from a UK based company, you have the same rights as if you had bought them from a shop, but be careful as companies from Europe can buy .co.uk web sites, then it would be very difficult to get any money back. Just because the website looks great it does not mean it is legal.

If your purchase is over £100 it may be worth paying for it with your credit card as you may be protected by the Consumer Credit Act, this act protects your money. When paying money to the company look for the small padlock at the bottom of the screen (this means the site is secure) it would worth taking the companies telephone number, address and post code, this will come in handy if anything should go wrong.

Using your common sense when purchasing goods over the internet could save you time and money. Remember if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
